Mr. Olayemi Cardoso is the Chairman of Citibank Nigeria. He has served on the board of several companies, including Chevron Oil Plc. Mr. Cardoso served as the Lagos State Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget between 1999 and 2004. Presently, he is the only elected African board member at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Mr. Cardoso is the Board Chairman.
